Walden MX joins the MSC for 2020 – MSC goes AMA for 2020 – Press Release

Metropolitan Sports Committee is proud to announce their new partnership with the Walden Playboys Motocross Club and the American Motorcyclist Association for 2020. Formed in 1959, the Metropolitan Sports Committee (M.S.C) has consistently been the largest attended Grass Roots Motocross Series in the Northeast.

“Metropolitan Sports Committee has long been part of American motocross, from its inception, and couldn’t be more excited about our involvement with the AMA and Walden MX. From our years as the Original District 2, then becoming the Original District 34 and of course, Walden MX had been with us for many years prior to this new partnership, we all chose other paths to take 12 years ago.  Realizing the best arrangement for us all is to return to our roots, putting the “Band Back Together” so to speak, we feel very positive for our series, for our tracks, and most certainly for our riders.  Our goal at M.S.C. is to always provide the highest quality tracks for our riders, minimized travel, affordable prices, and the very best in payout, awards, contingency paired with fair and consistent management practices at each event. The M.S.C. Championship Motocross Series is finally back together, and we couldn’t be happier about the Future of Motocross.” said Metropolitan Sports Committee Chairman, James Slaughter Sr.

2020 M.S.C. Tracks:  Ace Motocross @ The Wick 338, Claverack MX, Diamondback MX, Echo Valley MX, Holiday Mountain Action Sports, Orange County Fair MX, & Walden MX.
