Champion Rider Bikes to the Banquet

Riders who have won a Championship in any Points Paying Class are eligible to display their bike at the Awards Banquet.  Displaying your bike at this prestigious event is an honor, especially if you have sponsors logos on your graphics.  Pictures will be taken by professional photographers and by our guests which will certainly go on social media.  We suggest you tag your pictures with sponsor logos and even logos of MSC contributors such as our Contingency Program Companies, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Fly Racing, DP Brakes, and Rocky Mountain ATV-MC.   You may make a sign to display next to your bike which tells your Name, Age, City, State, Bike Year, Make, Model, and your Race Class.  This is of course your option.

If you intend to bring your bike to the banquet, please adhere to these requirements:

  1. All bikes must be brought into the Museum from 9AM to 11AM. We will check you and your party in at the rear entrance and then you will be allowed to bring your bike into the museum.  Check out will be after the banquet ends at 5pm.
  2. All bikes MUST have a Bike Stand that the frame of the bike will sit on. No triangles please.
  3. All bikes MUST be washed, free of dirt, oil, and antifreeze. Shine it up and make it look good!
  4. All bikes MUST NOT have any fuel in the fuel tanks.

All bikes will be placed on display so not only our attendees will see, but also the general public of the museum will see.

Please contact James Slaughter by email (chairman@mscmotocross.com), phone (845.554.8717) or message on our MSC Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/mscmotocross) if you will be bringing your bike to display at the banquet.  *Champion Riders only *

** No bikes will be able to enter facility unless all the above mentioned requirements are agreed to.  Also MSC and the Motoryclepedia Museum are not responsible for the condition and care of your motorcycle while on site.  We will be holding a check in process including a pass.  Pass must be presented when leaving the facility with the motorcycle after 5pm.   **
